SHIPPING POLICY
Our lead time is 15 business days.
All items are shipped via Express Tracked service.
RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you would like to return your item, returns are accepted within 14 days.
Items will need to be returned in the original packaging.
A Postage and Packaging fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If your handmade furniture is damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible and take photos of the box and damaged item.
A refund will be issued once the goods have been received.
