Tribe Joinery

Our story began in 2020, Michael, a self-taught woodworker was making furniture in our shed. What started as a hobby turned into something more—an obsession with creating timeless, meaningful furniture that would bring comfort and beauty to any space.

As the business grew, it quickly became a family business. His wife, Kate, has been his steadfast partner from the very beginning. The business quickly outgrew the garden shed and so they re-located to a workshop on our family farm.

Together, they found very talented woodworkers to join them and crafted a vision not only for beautiful furniture but for a life built on creativity, craftsmanship, and the love they shared for their home and family.

Along came another addition to the family in 2024, their daughter Lily, although a little too young to work, she is referred to as the 'big boss' and checks in on the workshop throughout the day.
